Site Inspection and Recommendations
In a typical management relationship, we will perform a site inspection, and depending on the property, we may make recommendations for enhancing the look and feel of the home. We can order and set up furniture, accessories, accents, dishes, laundry and all of the little things that make your property attractive and enjoyable to short-term rental guests. If the property is located within a jurisdiction that has a specific short-term rental ordinance, we offer consulting services designed to ensure that your property is in compliance with all of the local rules and regulations.

After the property is perfectly styled, we produce professional photographs utilized in marketing the property across rental platforms. In the hospitality industry it is important to understand and meet guest expectations. Whenever we publish photos of your home on the rental platforms, it is important that accommodations meet the expectations set by photos. Our professional cleaners help us ensure that all decor is in good condition and clean and arranged consistently with the photos. When guests arrange to stay at your property they make payment through the platforms, such as Airbnb and VRBO. We set up a process for a specific percentage of the host fees collected by the platforms to be disbursed to Atlanta STRS. In other words, we don’t get paid until you do. We also have arrangements for services such as home design and furnishing, including installation. Prices for these services are set after a thorough site consultation.

Atlanta STRS is able to co-host your existing listing on the platform. If a site consultation is needed in order to develop strategies for improving volume and efficiency, we can do that, too. When we co-host your existing offering, we assume all of the booking and communication responsibilities that you have previously managed or delegated to another third party. As homeowner, you retain full access to listings, including calendars, pricing modules, and all in-app notifications and communications with guests.

Atlanta STRS manages rental listings for properties that include entire houses, townhomes, or apartments that may be privately accessed by guests. We do not manage listings for “rooms” but are pleased to offer management for residential spaces that contain multiple discrete dwelling units or apartments.
